MOST
Programme

Welcome to our MOST Programme

Are you our next Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee?

Would you like a career that takes you on an international career in the oil and shipping industry and where you will get firsthand experience from day one?

As a Monjasa Oil & Shipping Trainee (MOST), you become part of a global two-year programme that offers valuable insights into how we fuel global trade.

Your knowledge of our business areas will gradually develop day by day. You will gain further shipping knowledge through the Danish Shipping Education with the Danish Shipping Academy and our own Academy will take you through plenty of internal training as well.

The world as your
office with global
rotations

The MOST programme is kicked off in Denmark where all new trainees meet for a mix of school, team building activities and internal education. This way, you will get to meet your new MOST colleagues from the get-go.

During the programme, you will also be part of two global rotations of 1.5 months across our offices such as Singapore, China, Dubai, Denmark, Cyprus, Panama, or the US, which will give you a unique understanding of different business contexts and cultures.

Building a solid
foundation

Simultaneously with your daily job at Monjasa, you will be enrolled in a formal education at the Danish Shipping Academy, to make sure that we build a solid foundation for your new career in the oil & shipping industry. The Danish Shipping Education is a two-year government-approved education where you earn ECTS points.

In addition, the Monjasa Academy will provide you with internal Monjasa learning where you will be enrolled in a selection of courses within trading, fuels, shipping, innovation and development of business opportunities.

A member of your team will also be your mentor and follow you through the entire two-year programme to guide you and make sure you continuously develop and learn.

What can
a MOST

You hold a Bachelor’s degree or alternatively a college education or similar with extracurricular experiences from travel, work, living abroad or similar
