Welcome Onboard

We know that starting a new job is a big leap, and we want to ensure that you get the best possible start if you choose to start your new career with us.

Before your first day of work, you are therefore invited to a comprehensive onboarding experience designed to introduce you to Monjasa, our industry and how we work. The shipping industry can be complex to understand, but with our onboarding programme you are sure to be navigated safely through and comfortably settled in your new job.

No matter who you are, and what your dreams for the future look like, we want to support you best possible in reaching your goals.

From your first day, you will have a close dialogue with your manager, and once you have settled into your new role, you and your manager will establish your learning path through regular 1:1s to support you best possible in reaching the goals you set for yourself, no matter how big or how small they are.

Take charge of your own development

It is important to us that we empower you to take charge of your own development. That is why we have a digital learning platform with all learning combined in one place and available on demand. This means that whenever you are ready to take in new learning and develop your skills, you simply go to the platform and dive into the content you find interesting and relevant.

At the same time, we have our own internal Monjasa Academy with dedicated specialists ready to support you in finding the right tools and create a learning path specifically for you.

With our digital learning platform, everyone in Monjasa also has the same learning opportunities, no matter which office or department you work in.

Company-wide education

We believe that educating our organisation as a whole is just as important as individual learning. We are a global company with more than 50 different nationalities, many different backgrounds and beliefs, and we want to facilitate a culture where we all understand and respect each other.
