Before your first day at Monjasa, you will be acquainted with the Monjasa Academy and our onboarding programme. This is designed to swiftly introduce you to the Monjasa organisation and business. Starting in a new job is a big leap – we want to ensure that you get the best possible start to your new career.
Once you are settled comfortably in your new job, we will establish your learning path. The Academy will help identify your key skills and competencies and provide you with tools to take them to the next level. We will look at your potential improvement areas and together with your manager, you will have regular 1:1’s with constructive feedback.
